Primary research of your criteria

A first contact will allow us to do a personalised and financial study of the project. After agreement Les Toits de l'Atlantique send you an average price for your request.

To come up with a precise contract

The house hunter, will guide and define with you a precise criteria for an efficient search. A timetable will show your search criteria in order of importance.

The research mandate

Regarding on our work methods, a research contract is signed for a period of 3 month, prorongated if needed. The research contract contains the principal research criteria and the number of properties we will offer you for this period, as well as our hourly rates and the total transaction fees. As soon as the signature of the contract is done, our research for you will start.

The research

Houses, flats, business, offices....."Les Toits de l'Atlantique"will choose the owners, french estate agents and solliciors but firstly our house hunter will look for the right opportunity.

Your house hunter will inform you each week on the advance search details visits done and to come. We endeavour to meet a maximum of your criteria, give a description of the property, as well as some photos and map of the property via e-mail or mail. If the offers interest you, a visit will be organised by your house hunter depending on your availability

Signing

As soon as you have chosen the property which interests you we will negociate for you with the sellers. "Les Toits de l'Atlantique" always defends your project and personal interest. We also collect the documents before the transaction takes place

Once we have your agrement and the acceptance of the seller we will organise the signature for you. Our mission ends at the signature with the sollicitor
