Our fees

You pay just if we find!

Respecting the « Hoguet law » which reguralises our job, our fees will only come at the signature of the final contract with the sollicitor.

We offer a quality service.

Our rates range between 6% to 4% of the transaction. They will encompass all the work we do from the start of the contract.

In the case of other intermediaires for example (estate agents) les Toits de l'Atlantique endeavour to reduce their commission.

Example:

Case n°1: We find for you a property without intermediaires:

For a transaction of 350 000€,

Our rate of fees is 5,5% (VAT included)

what gives 19 250€ (VAT included)

Case n°2: We find for you a property with intermediaires:

For a budget of 350 000€

Our rate of fees is decreased

what gives 9 625€ (VAT included)
